Training
Case-e offers a variety of training programs to get your staff up to speed quickly. The standard training package includes:
- Administrator Training - One full day (up to eight hours) of training on administrative functions and capabilities
- Train the Trainer Training - One full day (up to eight hours) of complete training on all aspects of case-e (one user per campus).
Additional Training can be arranged through your case-e Account Representative.
Support
Unlike many other companies, Case-e provides unlimited support at no extra charge. The case-e Customer Care (CCC) support package includes:
- Unlimited Toll-Free Telephone Support (Mon-Fri, 7AM-9PM, EST)
