Implementation

The process begins upon contract signing. Your dedicated Program Specialist will guide you through the stages of Implementation.

Training

Case-e offers a variety of training programs to get your staff up to speed quickly.  The standard training package includes:

  • Administrator Training - One full day (up to eight hours) of training on administrative functions and capabilities
  • Train the Trainer Training - One full day (up to eight hours) of complete training on all aspects of case-e (one user per campus).
Additional Training can be arranged through your case-e Account Representative.

Support

Unlike many other companies, Case-e provides unlimited support at no extra charge. The case-e Customer Care (CCC) support package includes:

  • Unlimited Toll-Free Telephone Support (Mon-Fri, 7AM-9PM, EST)
  • Email-based Support
  • Access to Support on Website
  • Downloadable User Guides
  • Automatic Software Upgrades
  • Case-e User Communities

System Requirements

Because case-e is web-based, no local server in your school is necessary. Minimum workstation requirements are:

  • Windows 98, 2000, or XP
  • Web Browser (web version only)
  • Adobe Acrobat Reader (web version only)

  • OS 9 (or higher)
